★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenía altas expectativas del lugar pero fue toda una decepción, fui por un efecto de color en mi cabello, en la valoración yo ya llevaba un efecto de un trabajo anterior, la chica que me atendió dijo que el efecto que yo quería ahora Sí se podía lograr, mi cabello terminó siendo una desgracia, para nada fue lo que pedí, además de recibir un muy mal corte de cabello, quedó muy disparejo, uso flequillo y ni siquiera lo tocó ni me preguntó si quería que le hiciera algo.
Deberían considerar también tener más orden en el lugar, lucia muy desordenado, productos por todos lados y no tan limpio, además al llegar su tapete sanitizante era una esponja sucia y seca, nunca me dieron gel, ni me tomaron temperatura, deberían tener más cuidado. Les dejo foto de lo que pedí (un efecto con luces doraditas)y lo que recibí (un cabello entre rojo y decolorado)
Al menos me hicieron mi rembolso

At least they made me my refund

Fue mi primera visita y lo que no me gustó es que aunque solo había una clienta a quien estaban atendiendo, me hicieron esperar poco más de 20 minutos aun cuando agendé cita. Pero tengo plan de regresar en cuanto tenga oportunidad y espero que alcancen las 5 estrellas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chava que me atendió muy amable y linda solo que fui por una promoción de uñas por $400 y al momento de pagar fueron $600 y sólo llevan un tono con una uña un poco decorada.
Y del tiempo me comentaron que eran 2 horas aprox y fueron 3hrs y media mas los 15 de espera.
La foto es de hace ya una semana y se están despintando.
