Very good experience, very clean rooms and place, excellent view of Miramar beach. I recommend it to have a good time with the family.

La recomiendo ampliamente ya que el dueño es muy accesible! The price is good since it is on the edge of the beach! They only need to remodel the rooms, such as bathrooms and furniture. I highly recommend it as the owner is very approachable!
E	Essau Marquez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bastante area de oportunidad en las habitaciones instalaciones viejas, colchones duros y deformes, 2 de 3 dias sin agua caliente, nos respondieron pero mientras se pasa mal momento por ese tema si vas con familia. Lo considero mas un hostal que un hotel. No hay limpieza diaria. La vista y ubicacion formidables, playa tranquila sin oleaje para niños pequeños. Enough area of opportunity in the rooms, old installations, hard and deformed mattresses, 2 out of 3 days without hot water, they answered us but while you have a bad time on that subject if you go with family. I consider it more of a hostel than a hotel. There is no daily cleaning. The view and formidable location, quiet beach without waves for small children.

I totally recommend it for its location, it's clean and the dueños are the best people in the world!! "Rudy" is awesome! Definitely stay at Hotel Leos! My memories can't lie to me, I had a blast!
P	Peter Woodford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leo's Inn is a relaxed family run hotel right on the beach. The views facing the ocean are incredible, especially from the balcony. There is a lot of seating on the patio for hanging out or eating with friends and family but the best part is that you are literally steps from the beach. Amazing location on local's beach providing a more intimate experience than the more touristy nearby San Carlos. I always have a great experience every time I stay, highly recommended.
