Descubrí que me robaron vilmente. Llevé mi carro por cambio de convertidor catalitico y primero me cobraron 7000 pesos. Todo muy bien al principio pero regreso a los 4 meses por que mi catalizador fallo y "supuestamente" tiene garantía. A los cual me cobraron otros 4000 mil pesos por unas simples bujias y un filtro de aire un robo. Al final no quedo.
Regrese fácil más de 3 veces. Que supuestamente era el termostato, a lo cual nada que ver. Ya al ponerme más pesado sobre mi garantia lo llevan nuevamente a "arreglar" y cambiar el convertidor. A lo cual no quedo y me dice que tengo una fisura de motor que riega anticogenlante. Pero hasta se contradijo en sus supuestos "diagnósticos". Me quería cobrar $16,000 pesos a reserva de tener que comprar una cabeza de motor cuando mi motor jala sin ningún problema.
Ya harto acudí a varios diagnósticos más y incluso a la agencia, todos coincidían en lo mismo solo tenia el problema del catalizador. Al final al revisar varios presupuestos decidí por un centro autorizado Pirec. Me hicieron el cambio por un catalizador original de agencia a menor costo de lo invertido con estos lacras.
Descubrí que se robaron la piedra de mi convertidor y estaba vacío!!! Por eso no jalaba. Yo lo vi en presencia. Tengo fotos y video.
Este seudo taller no hace su trabajo ahí. Si no subcontrata el trabajo a otros.
Lamentablemente no tengo el tiempo ni las ganas de denunciarlo vía profeco y querella ante el mp por fraude.
Pero si advertir a los demás que si van por fallas de convertidor catalitico no acudan aquí por que los roban!!!.
Lousy place.
I discovered that I was vilely robbed. I took my car to change the catalytic converter and first they charged me 7,000 pesos. All very well at first but I return after 4 months because my catalytic converter failed and "supposedly" has a guarantee. To whom they charged me another 4,000 thousand pesos for some simple spark plugs and an air filter, a robbery. In the end I didn't stay.
Come back easy more than 3 times. That was supposedly the thermostat, to which nothing to do. Already when I get heavier about my guarantee they take it again to "fix" and change the converter. To which I don't stay and he tells me that I have a crack in the motor that waters anticogenlante. But he even contradicted himself in his alleged "diagnoses." He wanted to charge me $16,000 pesos with the reservation of having to buy a motor head when my motor pulls without any problem.
Already fed up I went to several more diagnoses and even to the agency, they all agreed on the same thing, I only had the catalytic converter problem. In the end, when reviewing several budgets, I decided on an authorized Pirec center. They made me the change for an original agency catalytic converter at a lower cost than what was invested with these scourges.
I discovered that the stone was stolen from my converter and it was empty!!! That's why he didn't pull. I saw it in presence. I have photos and video.
This pseudo workshop does not do its job there. If not outsource the work to others.
Unfortunately I don't have the time or the desire to report it via prophecy and file a complaint with the MP for fraud.
But if you warn others that if they go due to catalytic converter failures, they should not come here because they steal them!!!.
