★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gustó cómo organizan sus tiempos, esperaba ver más de Santa María del tule y solo pudimos estar 15min, y llegamos a hierve el agua casi por la noche, además solo te dan una opción para comer, lo cual no considero correcto ya que el restaurante al que fuimos era una burla para la comida oaxaqueña.
I did not like how they organize their times, I expected to see more of Santa María del tule and we could only be 15min, and we got to boil the water almost at night, also they only give you one option to eat, which I do not consider correct since the Restaurant we went to was a mockery for Oaxacan food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comunicación permanente vía WhatsApp es eficiente. Estuvieron puntuales en el aeropuerto y lo mismo en el hotel para el regreso. Dejé olvidado un objeto y me fue devuelto. Hicimos dos tours con ellos. Sí recomiendo.
Permanent communication via WhatsApp is efficient. They were punctual at the airport and the same at the hotel for the return. I left an item behind and it was returned to me. We did two tours with them. Yes I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad service, the time schedule is only for their profit oriented operation, almost nothing they promised is true, i tooked the mitla one day tour, they tried to take a lot of time for shopping at mezcel, and textiles and buffet lunchs, the tour at the beginning is inexpensive these total shopping eating activities took more than the half of the total time , for visiting natur or culture only all together 2 hours , they promised 2 hours hierve el ahaha, which ends up with one hour !!! and the archeological site in mitla less one hour, if you take 5 more minutes buying souvenirs at non- cooperated parters at the market they are unhappy, and leave you alone and gone! better ignore the cheap price they offerd and go with another local agent! the entrance ticket for herve del agua is only 25 peso, they all collect 60 , maybe good option to go by yourself with bus to mitla then taxi
