★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic, we booked it one day before our tour (Oaxaca Magico) with Miguel by WA, he was attentive and gave us all the details about our tour. We took a private tour for 4 ppl. Jorge was our tour guide he was AMAZING, he was at the hotel 20 min earlier, the car was neat and comfortable. Jorge gave us an explanation of everything and plenty of time in every place. We went to El tule, Mitla, Hierve el agua, Teotitlan del Valle and a distillery (Mezcal). We had so much fun that we definitely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we went to the monte alban, and hierve agua tours, the tours were amazing and professionally organized, the tour guide (Miguel) was the absolute best, he was always happy to answer questions, he was very knowledgeable and very kind, and his English is perfect. This was my second time in Mexico, and out of all tour agencies, and tour guides, this was the absolute best. The agency, and tour guide made my trip to Oaxaca 10x better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic tour company. Did the Oaxaca Mágica tour Feb 2022 (Tule, Mitla, Hierve el Agua + others). Fantastic value for money and excellent guides, communication etc. No, entrance fees and lunch aren't included but that doesn't change the value for money aspect. The only downside (and it was a big one) was that the tour bus was hideously uncomfortable. They have "comfy" leather seats that are so huge, your knees will be in your mouth as they won't fit in front of you. If you're over 5'6", pack your legs into a suitcase because separated from you will be the only way you're both comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this company. They made it super easy to visit Monte Alban. Our guide, Miguel, was really informative, friendly, hospitable, just a great all-around guy. I strongly suggest that you use a guide. Otherwise you’re kind of walking around looking at a lot of unknowable ruins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend this tour company very highly. I am a frequent visitor to Oaxaca and have taken many other tour company's tours. Lescas Tours have been by far the best. My Spanish is limited and they have always provided English speaking guide or translator for groups of English speaking people. They go to unique places as well as the common tourist sites. They provide outstanding private tours to places only they know with service above and beyond my other tour company experiences. Mexico can be very unpredictable and this company does an excellent job of accommodating even though some people don't appreciate the effort. They always take safety and comfort as a priority from my experience. All in all, these folks are the best. They may not be perfect but as close to it as I have found so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended! I signed up for a half-day tour to Monte Alban with English guide the evening before the tour (there’s also an option for Spanish tour). The site is merely half an hour away from downtown. The price is very affordable and certainly worth every penny. They hire a very comfortable and Mercedes Benz van for transportation. The guide for the English tour, Miguel, has extensive knowledge of both culture and history. You can tell that he’s enthusiastic about his job. Everyone in the group I was in was fascinated by the stories and introductions that he was giving. After the guided tour, they also give you time to roam around freely. This is the tour I would recommend to anyone that’s visiting Oaxaca city.
