★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahórrense el desagrado de venir a esta Vidrería. Llevé un marco de madera del cual se me había roto mi espejo. Acordé llegar a X hora a la Vidrería. Desde un inicio no se ve dónde está el negocio. Es un marco grande por lo que mi mamá me ayudó a cargarlo mientras buscábamos la entrada, estuvimos merodeando y cuando por fin la encontramos, la señora que nos atendió nos dijo que ya nos había visto pero nunca salió por nosotros. Tardó en cotizarnos dos espejos como 1 hora y éramos los únicos clientes. Pasó una semana y media y me entregaron mi marco
maltratado, despintado y humedecido de la parte de arriba y le mandé foto. La señora alegó que eso era humedad de mucho tiempo, lo cual no es cierto porque tiene hasta astillas de golpe y me hubiera dado cuenta ya que lo estuve cargando todo el tiempo que estuve buscando la Vidrería. Le dije que lo óptimo era que me regresara mi dinero, porque siendo realistas no creía que pudieran regresar mi marco, a lo que me dijo que no podían ni regresarme el marco porque ellos sólo tratan vidrio y tampoco mi dinero porque yo pagué por transferencia y no en efectivo (???). Total me dijo que no podía hacer nada, ni regresarme mi dinero y menos arreglar mi marco. No lo recomiendo. No revisan las cosas que reciben, ni las que entregan y pésimo profesionalismo y atención al cliente.
Save yourself the displeasure of coming to this Glass Shop. I brought a wooden frame from which my mirror had broken. I agreed to arrive at X hour to the window shop. From the beginning you cannot see where the business is. It is a large frame so my mom helped me carry it while we were looking for the entrance, we were hanging around and when we finally found it, the lady who attended us told us that she had already seen us but she never came out for us. It took him about two hours to get us two mirrors and we were the only customers. A week and a half went by and they gave me my frame
battered, unpainted and moistened from the top and I sent him a photo. The lady claimed that this was humidity for a long time, which is not true because it has even splinters and I would have realized since I was carrying it all the time I was looking for the Glass Shop. I told him that the best thing was for me to return my money, because realistically I did not believe that they could return my frame, to which he said that they could not even return the frame to me because they only treat glass and neither my money because I paid by transfer and not cash (???). Total told me there was nothing I could do, no money back, let alone fix my frame. I do not recommend it. They do not review the things they receive, nor the ones they deliver and lousy professionalism and customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena tienda, buenos productos pero tienen mucho trabajo y no te pueden dar cita para ir a cotizar una puerta de cristal templado a 10 minutos a pie de su sucursal. Tuvimos que buscar otro proveedor
Good store, good products but they have a lot of work and they can't give you an appointment to go quote a tempered glass door 10 minutes walk from their branch. We had to find another supplier
