★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me cotizaron un letrero y les comenté que se salía de mi presupuesto, por lo que hicieron todo lo posible por mejorarlo para que estuviera dentro de mis posibilidades. Su atención es personalizada y con la disposición de ayudar al cliente en todo momento. No hubo retrasos ni complicaciones. Yo no vivo en ahí y sin problemas me apoyaron para hacer el letrero e ir a instalarlo a donde lo necesitaba. Súper confiables y amables, totalmente recomendados. Sin duda la mejor opción.
 They quoted me a sign and I told them that it was out of my budget, so they did everything possible to improve it so that it was within my means. His attention is personalized and with the disposition to help the client at all times. There were no delays or complications. I don't live there and they supported me without problems to make the sign and go and install it where I needed it. Super reliable and friendly, totally recommended. Without a doubt the best option.

Comenzaron a llamarme cada 2 minutos queriendo sacar información personal y crítica de mi empresa.
Les agrego los mensajes y tengo grabada las llamadas. Eso ocurrió con el número supuesto de la empresa y comenzaron a llamarme de diferentes números con amenazas y burlas.
I just asked for a quote.
They started calling me every 2 minutes wanting to get personal and critical information about my company.
I add the messages and have the calls recorded. That happened with the supposed number of the company and they started calling me from different numbers with threats and ridicule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio. Fijaron como fecha límite (ellos) instalarme mis anuncios el 11 de Noviembre, estamos a 9 de diciembre y me siguen dando excusas. Necesito mi letrero para mañana, de antemano les informé que mañana voy a poner mi denuncia ante la PROFECO, que ya me están asesorando. No los contraten, de verdad no lo hagan, sus opiniones positivas han de ser de sus familiares o amigos, no creo que sean confiables.
Bad service. They set the deadline (they) to install my ads on November 11, we are on December 9 and they keep giving me excuses. I need my sign for tomorrow, in advance I informed them that tomorrow I am going to file my complaint with PROFECO, who are already advising me. Do not hire them, really do not do it, their positive opinions must be from their family or friends, I do not think they are reliable.

NO los recomiendo para nada, mi letrero lo instalaron mal, se fundió a las 2 semanas de instalado y pésimo el servicio, a la fecha no se hicieron responsables de arreglarlo o re colocarlo, MUY MAL.
PLEASANT THE SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY!
I DO NOT recommend them at all, my sign was installed incorrectly, it melted after 2 weeks of installation and the service was terrible, to date they were not responsible for fixing it or replacing it, VERY BAD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO SE QUE ES PEOR SI LA CALIDAD DEL PRODUCTO O EL SERVICIO.
El letrero exterior duró 5 días y se cayó. Por supuesto no vinieron a reinstalarlo.
En cuanto al servicio, de los peores que he recibido.
Aviso para que no malgasten tiempo ni dinero.
I DON'T KNOW WHICH IS WORSE IF THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT OR THE SERVICE.
The outside sign lasted 5 days and fell off. Of course they didn't come to reinstall it.
As for the service, one of the worst I've ever received.
Notice not to waste time or money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El letrero en diseño me gusto solo que hubo un error diseñamos una caja de luz muy chica para toda la información que se metio no se ve nada de letras solo si te acercas , en las noches solo es una caja de luz admito que fue un error mio pero ellos no me orientaron yo les dije antes que vinieran a ver el lugar de trabajo y el tamaño aunque me cobraran y no quisieron que no tenian tiempo , se realizo el letrero se tardaron muchisimo mas de lo acordado yo jamas los presione , cuando lo entregaron no nos gusto por lo ya mencionado y les dije que ayudaran a corregir aunque me cobraran y llevo 10 meses sin su ayuda me dejaron el problema ahora voy a buscar otra empresa haber si me pueden apoyar , muy mal encerio mejoren me agrado su trabajo pero su atención a clientes esta horrible ni saben tratar a clientes pequeños no los apoyan si hay un problema, no les deseo un mal solo espero que mejoren mi trabajo esta en riesgo y ustedes no les importo .
I liked the sign in design only that there was an error we designed a very small light box for all the information that was entered you can't see any letters only if you get closer, at night it's just a light box I admit it was a mistake mine but they did not guide me before I told them to come and see the workplace and the size although they charged me and they did not want to because they did not have time, the sign was made it took much longer than agreed upon I never pressured them, when I did They delivered, we did not like it because of what was already mentioned, and I told them to help correct it, even if they charged me, and I have not had their help for 10 months, they left me with the problem, now I am going to look for another company, if they can support me, very bad indeed, improve, I like their work, but their customer service is horrible, they don't know how to treat small customers, they don't support them if there is a problem, I don't wish them harm, I just hope they improve, my work is at risk and they don't care about me.
