★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Coche que enviaron venia en estado mediocre (faltaba alineacion y balanceo) y la persona que llego por el tenia mala actitud y llego 30 minutos despues de lo acordado.
 The car they sent came in a mediocre state (alignment and balancing was missing) and the person who arrived because of it had a bad attitude and arrived 30 minutes after the agreement.

I went and it was before 9:20 and it was already closed ... so that they set hours if they are undisciplined!

Più nel dettaglio: senza pagare di più ci hanno dato una vettura di classe superiore e non ci hanno nemmeno bloccato i soldi sulla carta di credito come garanzia. Adolfo ci è venuto a prendere al Terminal del Bus, ci ha dato preziosi consigli sul nostro viaggio e al termine del viaggio invece di ritirare la macchina all'aereoporto di Cancun è venuto al nostro hotel e ci ha accompagnato lui evitandoci di guidare nel caotico traffico della città. Esperienza veramente molto positiva!!!
In two words, very kind staff and great price. More in detail: without paying more they gave us a superior class car and they didn't even block the money on the credit card as a guarantee. Adolfo picked us up at the Bus Terminal, gave us valuable advice on our trip and at the end of the trip instead of picking up the car at the Cancun airport he came to our hotel and accompanied us to avoid driving in the chaotic traffic of the city. Really very positive experience !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While on our trip through Mexico we rented the smallest car they had from these guys for two days. Everybody was really nice, some spoke English, the car was in a good condition and the price very reasonable (600 pesos/day incl. all insurances). We would definitely rent there again!
