Tuve un problema con un producto que compre y lo quise regresar (jamas lo utilice) y me dijeron que no tienen politica de cancelación o reembolso o crédito en tienda. Nada de esto esta en ningun lugar de la tienda o el mismo ticket de compra. La representante no ne supo decir por que no. Yo no tenia el tiempo de quedarme a ver cosas y le pedi alguna especie de crédito en la tienda por el mismo monto de la prenda que regresaba pero me lo negaron.
Terrible experience, I will never return. I had a problem with a product that I bought and I wanted to return it (I never used it) and they told me that they do not have a cancellation or refund policy or store credit. None of this is anywhere in the store or the same purchase ticket. The representative did not know why not. I did not have the time to stay and see things and asked for some kind of credit in the store for the same amount of the item that came back but I was denied.
