La respuesta: ésta prenda no tiene cambio, espere a la encargada para que autorize el cambio⏰; llega la persona y dice si tiene cambio, pero no tengo tallas? me mostró las tallas cuando los compré!!; no no tenemos tallas. Encuentra uno, no cómo el que pedí, y entre sumas y restas por descuento que aplicaba ó no, transcurrió 11/2 horas... Finalmente.. le puedo hacer reembolso de su pago? y me lo dice después de haber estado allí tanto tiempo?... Si señorita quiero el reembolso; deje que me autorizen...? Después de unos minutos ⏰... Tiene que llenar ésta hoja...? Señorita me espera el taxi...espere en un momento le doy su dinero... Sigo esperando...⏰.. aquí tiene sra.. gracias por su compra...?. Éste es el tipo de atención que dan al consumidor en esta sucursal de Levi's, dijo la empleada, a cargo del Sr Bernardo Galicia.
