J	JAVIER ESQUIVEL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nuestro viaje fue de 7 días al estado de Chihuahua, Barrancas del cobre y el Chepe entre otros, todo fue muy placentero y los recorridos a los lugares que visitamos estuvieron muy padres, aunque pienso que podrían mejorar un poco en hacer los recorridos un poco más largos debido a que la mayoría de los días tuvimos tarde libre a partir de las 17:00 horas y son muchas horas libres, podrían incluir los costos de las entradas a los lugares a los que fuimos a conocer, debido a que son gastos adicionales que debemos solventar como clientes. Por otra parte pienso que la actitud de las chicas que iban por parte de la agencia Arlet y Fernanda era poco amable, para nada serviciales, en ningún momento se involucraron con nosotros como clientes por lo menos para saber si estábamos cómodos o si necesitábamos algo y creo que no conocían los lugares que visitamos, eran como un par de turistas más, creo que en ningún momento se presentaron con nosotros, ninguna actitud positiva de su parte. La camioneta para los traslados era muy cómoda y el chófer muy amable se llama Javier, el fue quien nos explicaba en todo momento los significados de los lugares que recorríamos, muy atento y servicial para aclarar dudas, él hizo un buen trabajo. En el viaje nos acompaño un fotografo de la empresa el cual nos tomo fotografías sin costo adicional, su nombre es Pablo, de igual manera el realizó un trabajo excelente, siempre atento a lo que se necesitará y muy buena onda, buen trabajo Pablo. Our trip was 7 days to the state of Chihuahua, Copper Canyon and Chepe among others, everything was very pleasant and the tours to the places we visited were very cool, although I think they could improve a little by doing the tours a little more long because most of the days we had a free afternoon starting at 5:00 p.m. and there are many free hours, they could include the costs of tickets to the places we went to visit, because they are additional expenses that we must solve as clients. On the other hand, I think that the attitude of the girls who went to the agency Arlet and Fernanda was unkind, not at all helpful, at no time did they get involved with us as clients at least to know if we were comfortable or if we needed something and I don't think they knew the places we visited, they were like a couple more tourists, I don't think they came to us at any time, no positive attitude on their part. The van for the transfers was very comfortable and the very friendly driver called Javier, he was the one who explained to us at all times the meanings of the places we visited, very attentive and helpful to clarify doubts, he did a good job. On the trip we were accompanied by a photographer from the company who took pictures of us at no additional cost, his name is Pablo, in the same way he did an excellent job, always attentive to what will be needed and very good vibes, good work Pablo.

Los lugares que visitamos son muy interesantes e ilustrativos y los guías que nos coordinaron el viaje fueron atentos y dispuestos a apoyarnos. e	elia ramírez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En el tour de Barrancas del Cobre hubo mucho tiempos perdidos, casi dos días estuvimos en el hotel encerrados, con contemplan un plan B en caso de contingencias por mal tiempo o días feriados. Al contratar me dijeron que incluía todas las entradas y fuimos pagando todo. No cumplen lo q se contrató y nos llevan corriendo en tiempo por cumplir itinerario de un día en dos horas. NNO LO RECOmiendo In the Copper Canyon tour there were a lot of lost times, almost two days we were locked up in the hotel, with a plan B in place in case of contingencies due to bad weather or holidays. When hiring they told me that it included all the tickets and we paid everything. They do not comply with what was contracted and they have us running in time to fulfill the itinerary of one day in two hours. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
P	Pati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nos ofrecieron primera clase en el Chepe y llegando aquí, nos dicen que estamos en clase turista... Y tan sencillo nos dicen que no nos pueden solucionar el problema, que ya no hay lugar. No recomiendo para nada viajar con ellos por que mienten y estafan a los turistas. Tengo un contrato que dice que es primera clase y Amir nos dijo: yo no puedo hacer nada, no les puedo conseguir boletos y el contrato está mal! Terrible service, they offered us first class at the Chepe and arriving here, they tell us that we are in tourist class ... And so simply they tell us that they cannot solve the problem, that there is no place. I do not recommend traveling with them at all because they lie and cheat tourists. I have a contract that says it's first class and Amir told us: I can't do anything, I can't get you tickets and the contract is wrong!
M	Magdalena Tovar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no cumplen lo q ofrecen, cobran de mas con cualquier pretexto, pague extra x una noche en el hotel mirador barrancas del cobre y me enviaron a uno de categoría inferior y nadie responde, enviaron al grupo de 23 personas sin coordinador de grupo!!Muchos tiempos muertos, solo cubren actividades hasta las tres de la tarde, lo demás es tiempo libre! No los recomendamos en absoluto !y ya hasta m bloquearon en face para que no exponga estas situaciones y caigan más personas!
