S	Salvador Quevedo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un pésimo servicio, desde que se solicito el servicio tardaron mas de 1 mes para ir, después de esto tuve que estar marcando para recordarles me enviaran la cotización, 2 meses después van a hacer la reparación con la sorpresa que no se hizo el diagnostico correcto y que me van a enviar nuevamente el diagnostico. Lamentable y poco profesional el centro autorizado LG en San Luis Potosi. No recomiendo comprar articulo LG en San Luis Potosi, ya que no ofrecen un servicio posventa de calidad. They have a terrible service, since the service was requested it took more than 1 month to go, after this I had to be dialing to remind them to send me the quote, 2 months later they will make the repair with the surprise that the diagnosis was not made correct and that they will send me the diagnosis again. Regrettable and unprofessional LG authorized center in San Luis Potosi. I do not recommend buying an LG item in San Luis Potosi, as they do not offer a quality after-sales service.

De los peores servicios que hay en SLP. De preferencia no hagan tratos con ellos. LG deberia de cambiar de provedora de servicios en SLP. POCO PROFESIONALES!! Very bad service. They are to go to install one day and they do not go. You have to be talking to them and they don't seem to understand engagement dates. One of the worst services in SLP. Preferably don't make deals with them. LG should change service provider in SLP. LITTLE PROFESSIONALS !!

Para pedir una cotización hay que estarles hablando para recordarles, hablan después de 15 días para darte un precio. Pedí un simple cable de corriente, pague inmediatamente y me dieron tiempo de entrega de 1 a 5 días, Me comentan que me lo entregarán si bien me va en 15 días más. Jamás volvería, es una lástima que sea el único centro autorizado LG. Very poor service. Starting with your phone, they never answer or the ones that appear are incorrect. To request a quote you have to be talking to remind them, they talk after 15 days to give you a price.
