Solo agende un servicio que no pude tener x q no llegaron a la hr. Acordada, pensaré si reagendo la cita puesto q los costos para sugerir si o no la reparación se me hacen muy elevados.

Fiasco de servicio, no respetan la garantía estipulada de los productos, los tienes que estar presionando para que te logren atender, así se la llevaron aproximadamente un año por una pantalla de 60 pulgadas 4k, hasta que venció la garantía del producto nuevo defectuoso y ya no quisieron hacerla válida. Recomiendo que cualquier situación que pueda presentarse ir directamente a levantar la denuncia a la Profeco.

Creo que si hubiera leído estas reseñas antes, no hubiera aceptado el servicio. Es el peor lugar, jamás había recibido un trato tan negligente. Mal diagnóstico, tienen mucho tiempo con mi dinero y no tienen ni la cordialidad de avisarte algo, ya avise de esto a LG pero es claro que el Dueño o dueña de esta empresa no le interesa la manera en que daña la imagen de la marca y mucho menos el pésimo servicio que dan. Ojala que alguien que vaya a contratarlos lea antes todos los malos comentarios y se ahorre pasar un mal rato.
I think if I had read these reviews before I would not have accepted the service. It is the worst place, I have never received such negligent treatment. Pésimo servicio. ¡¡¡ 5 meses con mi televisión y apenas van a checar si tienen la pieza. !!! La peor burocracia en un negocio privado. 6 veces me confirmaron que devolvían la llamada y nunca me marcaron. Ya tienen el guión ... Siempre me dijeron la misma excusa. Una basura de negocio... Hola el centro LG aparentemente se ve una empresa sería yo en lo particular tuve un problema con uno de sus empleados que se llama René fue a mi casa a revisar mi pantalla hasta ahí todo bien le comenté si arreglaban controles de estereos y el me comentó que si lo reviso y me dijo que se lo iba a llevar para repararlo en el centro y me lo traía en la tarde lo cual nunca me lo devolvió le e marcado y ya fui al centro de servicio y nada y no me reparo mi pantalla en realidad que pena que se den a conocer por este tipo de acciones tan insignificantes imagínate algo más grande de valor

Pésima atención y servicio, en mi caso era un Refri, me dijeron que se quemo la tarjeta, el precio y que llegaría en un rango de fechas, hice el pago, y ya pasado el tiempo estuve buscándolos y no contestaban y cuando lo hicieron me trajeron con excusas por más de 8 meses, al final me dijeron que no había solución y no querían darme mi dinero hasta que me queje. Después contacté a un técnico de otra marca y me lo arreglo en 2 días y vieron que en realidad fueron los de este centro de servicio de LG los que rompieron un sensor para cobrarme la tarjeta como nueva, solo querian estafarme y quedarse con mi dinero y solo me trajeron perdiendo el tiempo. Busquen otro lugar!!!
