★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio. tardaron en recibirme por que la 3 chicas estaban ocupadas. tomando fotos a unos papeles. me dijeron que harían una cotización, pero de entrada de mano de obra son $2500 mas piezas mas lo que surja. al final me llamaron y me dijeron que no lo arreglarían que ellos no trabajan esa falla de mi televisor LG. El Ing. David Arturo Almendra (supongo es el nonbre de sus tarjetas), se siente una ..... y ni al caso. Jamas regreso, ni recomiendo
 terrible service. It took me a long time to receive me because the 3 girls were busy. Taking photos of some papers. They told me they would make a quote, but labor input is $ 2,500 plus pieces plus whatever comes up. In the end they called me and told me they would not fix that they don't work that fault of my LG TV. Mr. David Arturo Almendra (I suppose he is the name of his cards), feels a ..... and not even the case. I never come back, nor do I recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son los mismos se Samsung ,malos trabajos y no te respetan los precios, al final terminas pagando más ni los de la marca te apoyan con este centro servicio.
They are the same as Samsung, bad jobs and they do not respect prices, in the end you end up paying more or the brand does not support you with this service center.

LO CUAL HACE QUE TARDE Y NO ENFRIE MUCHO, A DEMAS QUE NO ES ESE EL QUE LLEVA, ADEMAS CUANDO SE LO PUSIERON EL DE 220 EL TECNICO ME DIJO QUE YA NO IBA A TENER GARANTIA
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, 7 MONTHS AGO MY REFRI BREAKED, I CALLED THEM AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS THE COMPRESSOR, AS I HAD A GUARANTEE, I ONLY PAY FOR LABOR AND OTHER PARTS THAT THEY GIVEN IT THAT BY THE WAY VERY EXPENSIVE AND ALSO NEVER GIVEN ME MY PROOF OF PAYMENT, A FEW DAYS AGO IT BROKEN AGAIN AND I CALLED ANOTHER TECHNICIAN AND HE TELLS ME THAT THEY PLACED A 220 VOLTS COMPRESSOR WHEN IT SHOULD BE 110 VOLTS. WHICH MAKES IT TARDY AND IT DOESN'T COLD VERY, OTHER THAN THAT IS NOT THE ONE THAT IT WEARS, IN ADDITION WHEN THEY PUT THE 220 THE TECHNICIAN TOLD ME THAT IT WAS NO LONGER GOING TO HAVE A WARRANTY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te consiguen las refacciones originales, nada de chinas, sólo te piden el modelo de tu Inverter o clima y nada más. A los 5 días ahi está tu pieza. Los recomiendo
They get you the original spare parts, nothing Chinese, they only ask you for the model of your Inverter or climate and nothing else. After 5 days there is your piece. I recommend them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cumplen con la entrega de refacciones en el tiempo que te dicen, cuando fui a adquirir una pieza la dejé pagada y me dijeron que entregaban de 5 a7 días. A hoy tengo 2semanas de haber echo la compra y aun no me entregan la pieza, llamo y me dicen que aun no a llegado que espere que ellos me llamaran cuando les llegue.
They do not comply with the delivery of spare parts in the time they tell you, when I went to buy a part I left it paid and they told me that they delivered from 5 to 7 days. Today I have 2 weeks of having made the purchase and they still have not delivered the piece, I call and they tell me that it has not yet arrived that I expect them to call me when it arrives.

Dieron un diagnostico se compro una pieza, despues que siempre no y dieron otro diagnostico y la pieza tardo 2 meses en llegar al final que tampoco que recomendaban ya no repararla que saldria muy caro cual fue la sorpresa que rompieron el panel y sacaron piezas, RATAS!! NO LOS RECOMIENDO
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! ... They gave a diagnosis, they bought a piece, after that they always did not and they gave another diagnosis and the piece took 2 months to reach the end that they did not recommend no longer to repair it that it would be very expensive what was the surprise that they broke the panel and took out pieces, RATS !! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM
