J	JOSE RAFAEL PICAZO GONZALEZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ el servicio es muy maloooo los tecnicos pocos capacitados y mentirosos tardan semanas en entregar,lleve una pantalla lg ,porque se fundieron unos leds , ahi porque se supone que son distribuidores oficiales , y me dijeron que cambiaron todas las tiras led y no se que , y se descompuso a los 5 meses, fui a que me la volvieran a reparar y segun hicieron lo mismo ,cambiar las tiras y se volvio a descomponer pero ya no me hicieron valida la garantia , hasta que la lleve a otro lugar y ahi me ensenaron que solo quitaron los les fundidos y le soldaron otros y ademas estaban quemadas las tiras por el mal servicio y aparte cobran como si trabajaran bien , no lleven sus teles aca!!!!!!!!!! La pantalla me la entregaron y a los 4 días empezó a verse mal la imagen, la lleve de nuevo para que la revisaran y me dan el diagnóstico diciendo que tiene un golpe en la pantalla, cuando el tiempo que la tuve le di el manejó apropiado. En conclusión me dañaron la pantalla y no se hicieron responsables, por eso tengan cuidado con este establecimiento se dicen ser muy profesionales cuando la verdad no lo son, te dicen una cosa y te salen con otra. Al cabo de 1 semana me marcan y me dicen que mi equipo tiene marcas de agua en componentes internos (la compu nunca estuvo em contacto con agua), despues de pelearme con ellos pasé por mi equipo y al mandarlo a un taller para repararla me dicen que los componentes que trae dentro no son los originales, me cambiaron piezas defectuosas y ya no puedo reparar mi laptop. NO LLEVES TU EQUIPO A ESTE ESTABLECIMIENTO!! Contract a guarantee when buying a laptop, after 2 years that the laptop failed they told me to go to this service center for an analysis and check that the guarantee was valid. After 1 week they mark me and tell me that my computer has watermarks on internal components (the computer was never in contact with water), after fighting with them I went through my computer and when they sent it to a workshop to repair it they told me that the components it contains are not the original ones, they replaced defective parts and I can no longer repair my laptop. DO NOT BRING YOUR EQUIPMENT TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT !!

Los precios que manejan se dispararon 4 o 5 veces más (revisando en internet las refacciones con precios actualizados) que mal que ya se manejen de una manera tan exagerada y reviren en sus cotizaciones. Hay varios negocios muy buenos en “circuito y 11sur” con mucho más honestidad I have always recommended this shop.
