★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, solo hay una persona atendiendo de muy mala gana, no había personas para bajar el equipo que se llevaba a reparación y te dicen que regreses en determinado tiempo y cuando regresas todavía no hay nadie que baje el equipo y no saben decirte si van a llegar o no

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nunca se comunicaron conmigo para darme el diagnóstico de mi equipo de aire acondicionado,pero eso sí,me cobraron $400.00 por la "revisión".
Para ser un centro de atención autorizado su servicio deja mucho que desear, definitivamente no los recomiendo.
Terrible service, they never contacted me to give me the diagnosis of my air conditioning equipment, but they charged me $ 400.00 for the "revision".
To be an authorized service center your service leaves much to be desired, I definitely do not recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para llamarte, instalar y cobrar son rapidos... pero son sumamente lentos e incompetentes al momento de reparar sus errores, no cumplen con las garantias, te bloquean de sus telefonos, lo tecnicos no van los dias y despues de 15... mejor busquen otros instaladores o reporten a la marca que quieren a otros... no los recomiendo a servicios master. yo pague bastante por la instalacion de climas inverter y ni sus luces de estos disque profesionales.
To call you, install and charge are fast ... but they are extremely slow and incompetent at the time of repairing their errors, they do not comply with the guarantees, they block you from their phones, the technicians do not go the days and after 15 ... better look for other installers or report to the brand that they want others ... I do not recommend them to master services. I paid a lot for the installation of inverter climates and not even their lights from these professional labels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy tres puntos, una estrella menos por el tiempo de entrega qué fue de más de un mes, otra estrella menos por dar mal la información de costo para sacar la pantalla, se equivocaron por 500 pesos de diferencia a favor de ellos. El equipo funciona bien.

The repair they made to a washing machine was not left, they said they would return to check what had happened and they never did, I communicated by all means and they did not give me an answer. Very bad service
