★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no atienden las llamadas, mandé reparar un refrigerador y quedo mal y en 10 días no me fueron hacer la garantía decian que irían y no se presentaban y después no contestaban y tuve que ir a la oficina y dijeron que iba ir el técnico que sería la primera cliente en ser atendida y llegó como a las 6 y no quedó la reparación me imagino porque ya era muy tarde
Grosero el técnico además se molestó cuando le pregunté si regresaría mañana, espero a ninguna otra persona le vuelva a pasar lo mismo
Terrible service, they do not answer calls, I had a refrigerator repaired and it was bad and in 10 days they did not make the guarantee they said they would go and they did not show up and then they did not answer and I had to go to the office and they said the technician would go that she would be the first customer to be attended to and she arrived at around 6 o'clock and there was no repair, I imagine because it was too late
Rude the technician was also upset when I asked him if he would return tomorrow, I hope no other person will happen the same again
