Y la atención es pésima, un robo, no compren nada son pirata. Llamé a LG en México y me indicaron que el único centro LG autorizado es en García Ginerés
It is not an authorized LG center. They sold me a card for my air that does not fit into my air and they did not want to change it, I threw 2190 in the trash. 12 jul 21 El dia 1o. de Julio me enviaron un correo para pedirme mi numero telefonico y ponerse en contacto conmigo lo cual nunca hicieron, mi esposa se comunica con la empresa para solicitar el seguimiento y (malamente les deposita dinero) cuando LG service depot se compromete a tener las piezas y dar el servicio en 5 dias, lo cual tampoco ocurre, ahora no solo tengo un refrigerador que no sirve, sino que perdí $850.00 por un servicio y una pieza que nunca llegaron y por lo que veo no tienen intenciones de solucionar.
Bad communication, no follow-up, more than one month trying to change door seals and still nothing
12 Jul 21 The 1st. From Julio they sent me an email to ask for my phone number and to contact me which they never did, my wife communicates with the company to request follow-up and (badly deposits money) when LG service depot agrees to have the parts and give the service in 5 days, which does not happen either, now I not only have a refrigerator that does not work, but I lost $ 850.00 for a service and a part that never arrived and from what I see they have no intention of solving.
