Efectivamente mal servicio , no hay pieza de un refrigerador que compré hace año y medio , y me dicen que ya está descontinuada la pieza , tarda 45 días , desorden completo para dar diagnóstico, tienes que ir al centro de servicio como 5 veces para que te resuelvan si hay la pieza, ¿quiere saber si todo lo malo que dicen del servicio es verdad? Compre un LG

MALÍSIMO!! No saben nada sobre relación cliente - proveedor.. Nunca envían las cotizaciones que solicitas, contestan cuando tienen ganas de trabajar (NUNCA) y los técnicos... MAJADEROS, ALTANEROS, PREPOTENTES... y aprovechados! Quieren venderte piezas que rescatan de otros servicios a precios altísimos y lo peor que No tienen cómo darte un comprobante de esa pieza.. MUY DECEPCIONADA DEL SERVICIO.
LOUSY!! They do not know anything about the customer-supplier relationship. They never send the quotes you request, they answer when they feel like working (NEVER) and the technicians ... MAJADEROS, ALTANEROS, PREPOTENTOS ... and profiteers! They want to sell you pieces that they rescue from other services at very high prices and the worst thing is that they do not have a way to give you proof of that piece. VERY DISAPPOINTED OF THE SERVICE.

Nunca nos dieron solución ,solo nos dieron largas y no hubo respuesta satisfactoria ,tuve que comprar en mercado libre la pieza que le hacía falta a mi LG, muy mala atención.

REALMENTE ESTE CENTRO DE ATENCION ES UNA BASURA. FUÍ A CAMBIAR UNOS AUDÍFONOS INHALAMBRICOS Y DESPUES DE MES Y MEDIO DE HABER ENTREGADO EL EQUIPO EN ESE CENTRO CON TODO Y LA FACTURA CORRESPONDIENTE A NOMBRE DE UNA PERSONA MORAL ME DIJERON QUE "TODAVÍA ESTABAN REUNIENDO LA DOCUMENTACIÓN PARA ENVIARLA A MÉXICO PERO NO PODÍAN HACER NADA PORQUE NECESITAN UNA CARTA MEMBRETADA DE ESA RAZÓN SOCIAL PERSONALIZADA A MI NOMBRE PARA CORROBORAR QUE EFECTIVAMENTE SE HIZO LA COMPRA POR PARTE DE ELLOS AUNQUE LES ENTREGUÉ LA COPIA DE LA TRANSFERENCIA Y COPIA DE LA FACTURA. TODO ESTE TIPO DE MAÑOSIDADES ES CON EL OBJETO DE NO HACER VÁLIDA LA GARANTÍA Y TODO LE ECHAN LA CULPA A LA CENTRAL QUE ESTÁ EN MÉXICO. REALLY THIS CARE CENTER IS A GARBAGE. I WENT TO EXCHANGE WIRELESS HEADPHONES AND AFTER A MONTH AND A HALF OF DELIVERING THE EQUIPMENT TO THAT CENTER WITH EVERYTHING AND THE CORRESPONDING INVOICE IN THE NAME OF A LEGAL PERSON THEY TOLD ME THAT "THEY WERE STILL GATHERING THE DOCUMENTATION TO SEND IT TO MEXICO BUT THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY NEED A PERSONALIZED LETTER OF THAT BUSINESS NAME IN MY NAME TO CORROBORATE THAT THE PURCHASE WAS EFFECTIVELY MADE BY THEM EVEN THOUGH I GAVE THEM THE COPY OF THE TRANSFER AND A COPY OF THE INVOICE. ALL THESE TYPES OF THOUGHTS ARE WITH THE PURPOSE OF NOT MAKING THE WARRANTY VALID AND EVERYTHING IS BLAMED ON THE HEADQUARTERS WHICH IS IN MEXICO. I REALLY REPEAT IT AGAIN THIS CENTER IS A GARBAGE AND WITH A STAFF WITH ZERO DESIRE TO ATTEND AND SOLVE PROBLEMS INCLUDING THE MANAGER. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Tardan en dar presupuesto. Hablan y dicen que lo están enviando y no llega nada. Me imagino que siguen un protocolo, pero el resultado es el mismo. Tardan. Pero pues saben su trabajo. Eso es innegable. Paciencia.
