★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una experiencia muy desagradable, las sábanas olían a sudor en una parte y a perfume de mujer en la otra, tuvimos que solicitarle a la señora que nos las cambiara. El baño muy sucio... omito detalles por consideración... con un jabón camay que servía para bañarse, para lavarse el cabello y para lavarse las manos. Nos dijeron que incluía desayuno, el cual nunca nos proporcionaron, ni nos dijeron a qué hora se podía tomar, la señora se fue temprano y al contactarla más tarde nos dijo que iba a tardar y que pues bye. Todo lo anterior por $1,280.00 para dos personas. Recomendación: a ese precio pueden encontrar hoteles en Ajijic debidamente establecidos con protocolos de limpieza seguidos al pie de la letra.
 A very unpleasant experience, the sheets smelled of sweat in one part and of women's perfume in the other, we had to ask the lady to change them for us. Very dirty bathroom ... I omit details out of consideration ... with a camay soap that was used for bathing, for washing hair and for washing hands. They told us that it included breakfast, which they never provided us, nor did they tell us what time it could be eaten, the lady left early and when we contacted her later she told us that it would take time and that bye. All of the above for $ 1,280.00 for two people. Recommendation: at that price you can find hotels in Ajijic duly established with cleaning protocols followed to the letter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extraordinario lugar para hospedarse. Súper limpio, amplio. Con un desayuno muy abundante y deliciosos. Se siente uno como en casa. También por cortesía de los dueños nos ofrecieron una cena italiana. Lz mejor que he comido. Súper recomendable, regresaré de nuevo sin duda alguna.
Extraordinary place to stay. Super clean, spacious. With a very abundant and delicious breakfast. It feels like home. Also courtesy of the owners they offered us an Italian dinner. The best I've ever eaten. Highly recommended, I will return again without a doubt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skimpy.. inexpensive.. just a noisy room due to a gym across the street which started yelling at 6 in the morning.. no breakfast or coffee like they described.. our motorcycles were difficult to get out due to a street fair that blocked the door and driveway.. which they failed to mention.. the good thing was a coffee shop up the street.. the hot water was turned off in the sink in the bathroom.. very basic..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owners make the place warm and welcoming. Everything is shiny and tastefully decorated. The breakfasts are prepared fresh with large portions and several courses. The welcome drink is homemade limoncello from a family recipe. All amenities and services are beyond expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was clean and Giovanni was a very gracious host. His maid staff was second to none and they even made us breakfast. The building's architecture was unique and quite beautiful. We highly recommend staying here and we would gladly stay again next time we're in town. Thank you so very much Giovanni.
