★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio la señorita que esta en la recepción parece que te hace un favor al darte información, para renovar pasaporte te cobran 198 pesos por hacer el trámite además del pago que tienes que hacer en Banco y te tardan tres días en darte el documento, lo más recomendable es realizar el tramite en Leon, aya no te cobran y te dan el documento el mismo día que lo tramitas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es molesto que te manden al banco del bajío a dos cuadras del lugar a pagar copias y pasaporte 245 deberían de cobrarlo en el monto inicial por que pierdes tiempo ya que muchos trabajamos y tenemos el tiempo contado.
Si se tiene que hacer por cuestiones del lugar mínimo tengan una terminal para poder pagar ahí mismo.
Si vas a venir aquí trae efectivo y considera media hora más por que tienes que ir al banco.
