Les presentamos los nuevos métodos de protección al servicio de tu salud
El área flebotómica es constantemente sanitizada, a la entrada y salida de cada paciente nos aseguramos de una limpieza correcta.
Les pedimos a todos nuestros pacientes asistan al laboratorio con cubrebocas y/o equipo de su preferencia, en caso de olvidarlo se le proporcionará un KIT de protección para entrar a la sala flebotómica con un costo extra de $10.00 pesos.
Todo nuestro personal debe estar debidamente con protección al atenderlo y al tomarle su muestra, en caso contrario usted debe dar aviso en los teléfonos directos de WhatsApp: 271 729 82 27 (Todas las sucursales); tu seguridad es primero.
Tendrás acceso en cada módulo de atención al cliente de gel antibacterial para que despues del contacto de cualquier material, lapicéro, dinero, o herramientas puedas utilizarlo.
En cada área del laboratorio existen ozonificadores ambientales lo cual es un auxiliar en nuestros nuevos métodos de protección.
Les pedimos a todos nuestros pacientes si sospechan o han pasado por enfermedades de tipo respiratorias nos avisen previamente y le daremos las mejores indicaciones para la asistencia y los cuidados preventivos.
Al empezar el día contamos con "Cambio en efectivo" previamente sanitizado como un método auxiliar y al recibir tu dinero también llevaremos el mismo procedimiento.
Les comunicamos que por parte de la "Ética de prevención de la Empresa", diariamente corroboramos que nuestro personal cuente con las condiciones físicas y de sanidad necesarias para atenderlos, asegurándonos que mantienen sus medidas preventivas en su casa y en su trabajo.
Para el servicio a domicilio, nuestro personal de transporte como el químico especialista es debidamente sanitizado antes y después de asistir al domicilio.
El personal de salud tiene indicaciones de guardar y hacer guardar debida distancia con todos nuestros pacientes.

Lib Laboratorios was recommended on a Facebook group and they responded to me immediately and within minutes a hand an appointment. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used this clinic twice, once to make a Covid Test appointment for a friend, and once to make an appointment for myself to get a Covid Test one day before flying to the US. Both experiences were excellent, from Google chatting with the staff to arrange the appointment to the test, itself. Everything was so easy and the staff was very friendly and efficient. We provided our passport numbers and they included them on our official test results, which made things very easy at the airport. For 500 pesos it was a really fast, comfortable experience, and our test results were sent to us via WhatsApp the same day. I highly recommend the wonderful staff at LIB Laboratórios! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to get COVID-tests to cross the border into Guatemala. The tests are very reasonably priced and the staff is very, very helpful and knowledgeable. Got tested and got the results not more than an hour later, printed and in a nice envelope. Would definitely recommend!
