★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece un lugar agradable para vivir, tienes tu espacio y hay áreas para lavar (lavadoras y patio) cocina, terraza y áreas comunes.
Lo único es que le falta un poco de mantenimiento en general.
I find it a nice place to live, you have your space and there are areas to wash (washing machines and patio), kitchen, terrace and common areas.
The only thing is that it lacks a bit of general maintenance.

In general, very dirty, it lacks a lot of maintenance, we know that the kitchen is shared but it does not have basic things to be able to prepare food and the price is excessive for the place that it is, to say the least

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen habitaciones de varios tamaño (algunas con baño, otras con baño vompartido), cuenta con todos los servicios (agua, gas, luz, internet). La idea en general es muy buena pero le falta mucho mantenimiento al edificio y limpieza, espero puedan mejorarlo.
They have rooms of various sizes (some with bathroom, others with shared bathroom), it has all the services (water, gas, electricity, internet). The idea in general is very good but the building lacks a lot of maintenance and cleaning, I hope they can improve it.
