★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La biblioteca Central del Estado sigue siendo un centro de reunión y apoyo sobre todo para estudiantes de nivel básico y los viejitos que van a leer el periódico. Además, arriba cuenta con préstamo de computadoras a los usuarios con credencial y, aunque las copias siempre han sido caras ahí, los libros siempre están bien organizados y la atención de los empleados suele ser apropiada. Con regularidad organizan actividades complementarias para diferentes públicos, como conferencias y talleres.
