Un espacio valioso, tanto por los tesoros que uno puede encontrar a precios módicos, como por lo que en tradición y cultura representa para esta zona de la ciudad.
Lo que no es tan 'gusto' es la jetota y despotismo con que un vato de barbas atiende. Al principio creía, pero por lo visto dudo que sea el dueño.
En vez de disponer del lote de remates (de a 20 y 50) para facilidad del cliente, de modo que pueda revisar y escoger, el 'lord' casi te golpea si se te llega a caer una de las pilotas en las que tiene amontonados el tambache de libros de esa sección.
Ha de querer que todo el que entra le compre una biblia de Gutenberg o alguna de las antigüedades que ahí tiene y malmira al cliente - que también es cliente - y que le compra aunque sea 50 o 100 varitos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tienes libros antiguos de la escuela, o enciclopedias no pierdas tu tiempo aquí, el tipo que atiende no te va a comprar nada que no le “parezca” interesante a pesar de que afuera del changarro esté un rótulo que menciona que se “compran libros” sin especificar cuáles y de qué tipo, si algo pueda interesarle al encargado te va a querer pagar $1 -$5 peso que según él es el costo del papel en volumen, eso si saldrá con su ya clásica frase “pues llévalos a donde te paguen más o donde te los compren”, como si llevarle los libros fuera de gratis ….
