★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención no es una experiencia 5 estrellas, pero si les preguntas algo responden. Al principio da pena entrar porque pareciera que nadie atiende o estan hablando por teléfono y te ignoran, pero para introvertidos como en mi caso es perfecto porque no te atosigan con su presencia detras tuyo como en otras tiendas. Solo sugeriría tener herramientas para empacar las compras porque yo sólo iba de paso (sin ecobolsa) y se me pegaron mas de 6 libros pero no me dieron nada para llevarlos.
Attention is not a 5-star experience, but if you ask them something they respond. At first it is a shame to enter because it seems that no one is answering or they are talking on the phone and they ignore you, but for introverts like in my case it is perfect because they do not harass you with their presence behind you like in other stores. I would only suggest having tools to pack the purchases because I was just passing through (without eco-bag) and more than 6 books stuck to me but they didn't give me anything to carry them.

Ayer pasamos a comprar unos libros para mis hijas y la señorita etaba súper molesta por que segun mis hijas y yo estábamos desordenado sus libros, nunca te ofrecen ayuda solo se te quedan viendo como si te fueras a robar algo.. Al final hicimos una compra de $1000 pesos pero me arrepentí de comprarles por que ni una pizca de amabilidad de parte de ellos...
