★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre un libro pero me llamo la atención otro, y lo quise cambiar, me dijeron que era muy difícil cambiarlo, que llevaba un proceso, tardo cinco minutos, atención al cliente es lo que falta :)
 I bought a book but another caught my attention, and I wanted to change it, they told me that it was very difficult to change it, that it took a process, it took five minutes, customer service is what is missing :)

Aunque todo consumidor universalmente se le preservan unos derechos de devolución en toda legislación, país, estado y es un derecho inherente a la categoría del consumidor, en Dante, se ha decidido violar y atacar a una protección a dicho derecho luchado. Por devolver un libro el día después, por un error en la compra, solamente se puede garantizar devolución de crédito, a gastar en la tienda. Esto, por política de empresa supone una política en contra de una sociedad que avanza.
ATTENTION THEY DO NOT HAVE A CASH RETURN POLICY. Although every consumer is universally preserved rights of return in all legislation, country, state and it is an inherent right to the consumer category, in Dante, it has been decided to violate and attack a protection to said right fought.
