Para empezar, la señorita que "atiende" ni siquiera volteó a verme, era más importante contestar el celular, después de 5 minutos que tuve que esperar a que se despidiera de su conversación, de muy mala gana me atendió. Le mostré la portada del libro que buscaba y me dijo que no lo tenía, aunque volvió a preguntarme cómo se llamaba el libro; sí ya me había dicho que no lo tenía, por qué me preguntó nuevamente cómo se llamaba? Le pedí si podía encargarlo, a lo que me dijo que no trabajaban con esa editorial, a pesar de que había otros títulos de la misma casa editorial. Definitivamente me dejó muy mal sabor de boca esta visita. Por favor mejoren la atención de sus empleados porque en verdad que es muy buena tienda.
I used to buy my books here. They have a good variety of titles and if they did not have them they got them. On Saturday I went and asked for one. For starters, the lady who "attends" did not even turn to see me, it was more important to answer the cell phone, after 5 minutes I had to wait for her to say goodbye to her conversation, she very reluctantly answered me. I showed him the cover of the book he was looking for and he told me that he did not have it, although he asked me again the name of the book; If he had already told me that he did not have it, why did he ask me again what his name was? I asked him if I could order it, to which he told me that they did not work with that publisher, even though there were other titles from the same publishing house. Definitely I left a very bad taste in my mouth this visit. Please improve the attention of your employees because in truth it is a very good store.
