I still don't understand how they decide the price they will give you for the books you carry; Of the 27 books to be sold, they only accepted 17 (publications from 2000 onwards), reviewed the cover, leafed through them briefly and for all this I received 80 pesos. For better or worse it was the best offer I found, at least in this place they accepted the majority. Better donate your books to charity

You want to find old and very old books, visit the place. Maybe the prices are a bit high, but you can find publications that are not easily seen in conventional bookstores. Or if you like to buy old books just to decorate your bookshelves, here are enough.

The people they serve are very kind to the customers, and allow them to take the liberty and time to explore the store. From my point of view, some books have a high price to be second hand, but you can find good books at a good price.

Very prick expensive. Even Sep books (those that give free sep) have them at 80 or 100 pesos. Other leafless, moistened and broken up to 150, 200. If you are stupid and newbie in the bibliofilia surely deceive you. If you are an expert addict to the books you will find that there are better places to buy a second hand book. Better as tianguis or other outlets. It is a pity that the owners of this place buy used books per kilo and 10 or 20 pesos and the platforms reselling at the price of new ones. I am a teacher, a philosophy graduate, my family and I have been comparing these streets for years and net that they have raised prices abusively. I do not recommend this place.

I love all these bookstores, but the attention is the best. I was looking for specific history books and they helped me find the ones that were on my list and also Mr. passed me his name and WhatsApp to send him the list and he said that he could keep looking for them for me. They also made recommendations that I decided to buy because they look very interesting. You can spend hours here seeing everything they have.

I do not recommend going to this bookstore. It has good titles but at high prices, and they always serve bad ones, with a very dense vibe and they see you as if you were something strange. Both the lady with glasses and the guy who help look for the books. The cashier is very friendly, unlike the pair I already mentioned. I was looking for the book Structural Grammar of the Spanish language and they had it in $ 130, but it was in bad condition, I asked if there was any discount for the bad condition and they saw me ugly, so I decided not to take it and they even got upset. His neighbors at the Libreria El Autor, had it at $ 50 pesos and in better condition, although I am also half-assed, but here what mattered was to watch my pocket and get my book.

This used-book store is located on Calle Donceles in Centro Histórico, a street known for its numerous used-book stores. Librería el Callejón de los Milagros, however, stands out from the rest. The extensive selection ranges from the mundane to rare antique editions. The prices seemed more reasonable than the abundance of used-book stores I visited in the area. Above all, the owner is passionate about his books, his work, and his store. He and I carried on for hours, discussing various intellectual topics as well as his family's tradition as book sellers. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Though I went in looking for a specific book, which I did not find, I encountered many other books of interest and purchased quite a few. I highly recommend this store and plan to return this week.
