★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. Le preguntamos por los libros de una colección y no se molestaron en revisar cuales eran los que tenían, porque estaban en la bodega. Según ellos si no lo tienen lo consiguen, pero no quieren ni buscarlo en su almacén, jaja. Sin mencionar que no cuentan con el más básico nivel de cortesía. De por sí se trata de una industria en vías de extinción y se ponen sus moños. Suerte con eso.
Terrible attention. We asked him about the books in a collection and they didn't bother to check which ones they had, because they were in the cellar. According to them, if they don't have it, they get it, but they don't even want to look for it in their warehouse, haha. Not to mention, they don't have the most basic level of courtesy.
