Pero en mi última compra le faltaban dos capítulos al Conde de Montecristo, entre el tomo 1 y 2 no había continuidad en el capítulo. Me dijeron que no devuelven el dinero, me obligaron a aceptar un vale. Violando el art.92 de la ley federal de protección al consumidor. Nada flexibles

Pésimo servicio que he venido a la librería en más de una ocasión y la encuentro cerrada, no en horarios de comida, y hoy llego barriendo justo a las 7 y no me atienden, porque ya cerraron, falta de criterio y profesionalismo absoluto en la atención y servicio, esto no pasa aquí ni en Francia ni en ningún lado si se puede hacer un esfuerzo en el servicio, no en los tratos especiales ni nada por el estilo, te pregunté por el libro y espere a que lo trajeras de Francia, incluso se puede conseguir en Amazon mucho antes y espere para un esfuerzo local, qué pena y desagradable.
Gracias por nada.

Terrible service that I have come to the bookstore on more than one occasion and I find it closed, not during lunch hours, and today I arrive sweeping right at 7 o'clock and they do not attend to me, because they have already closed, lack of criteria and absolute professionalism in the attention and service, this does not happen here or in France or anywhere if you can make an effort in service, not in special deals or anything like that, I asked you about the book and I waited for you to bring it from France, even You can get it on Amazon much earlier and wait for a local effort, what a shame and disgusting.

Además, el libro que buscaba no lo tenían cuando ya lo había apartado hacía apenas dos dias. Pésimo, la que atiende siempre ha sido grosera y siempre está de malas, si no le gusta su trabajo que renuncie. No pienso regresar más y mejor pido por amazon.
