Terrible, I just called and the person has hung up on me 4 times in a row and in the end he disrespected me, it was not to help me, simply terrible service. I WILL NEVER LOOK FOR A BOOK WITH YOU

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hablé telefónicamente para preguntar por un libro si había en existencia. No lo había, pero la persona que me contestó fue muy grosera cuando le dije que es un libro muy vendido y que otras librerías lo manejan pero no lo tienen en existencia y por eso marcaba, me dijo que lleva más de 50 años vendiendo libros, que yo no le voy a enseñar a él como vender libros, y me faltó al respeto. Con esta mala experiencia no planeo ir a esta librería a comprar libros jamás, a menos de que sea absolutamente necesario. Sí así me trataron telefónicamente, no me quiero imaginar en persona.
I phoned to ask about a book if it was in stock. There was not, but the person who answered me was very rude when I told him that it is a best-selling book and that other bookstores carry it but do not have it in stock and that is why he marked, he told me that he has been selling books for more than 50 years, that I'm not going to teach him how to sell books, and he disrespected me. With this bad experience I do not plan to go to this bookstore to buy books ever, unless it is absolutely necessary. Yes, that's how they treated me over the phone, I don't want to imagine myself in person.
