★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en la tienda regularmente es aceptable (no es la mejor pero tampoco es taaan mala), tomemos en cuenta que son tres personas en mostrador dos mujeres y un hombre.
Los precios son igual que comprando en el sótano o porrua (aunque anuncian descuentos por mayoreo), promocionan mucho que los clientes consultemos vía whatsapp y ahí si que la realidad es que la atención por esa vía es P E S I M O y no cumple con la practicidad que se supone debería ser.
Se justifican y discuten que no son robots y que la demora es debido a la afluencia en tienda y a lo concurrido de los mensajes etc, etc, falso solo es picarles un poquito la costilla para que saquen el cobre!!!
y te lleves un trato de la fregada por cualquiera de ellos.
En la otra sucursal del mismo nombre pero al otro lado de la calle es lo mismo solo que al revés en persona el servicio fatal, (por alguna rara razón dicen que no son la misma, pero si lo son!) ( la encargada regularmente con muy mala cara y peor actitud) aunque en whatsapp avanzas un poquito mas que en la otra sucursal. Conclusión de las dos tiendas y de sus múltiples servicios no sale uno así que les recomiendo que si son de poca tolerancia y paciencia mejor vayan a la segura a la porrua o al pasaje zócalo - pino suarez o mejor aun a la Sótano servicio extraordinario, ágil, amable y muy bien surtido.
The service in the store is regularly acceptable (it is not the best but it is not sooo bad either), we take into account that there are three people at the counter, two women and one man.
The prices are the same as buying in the basement or porrua (although they advertise wholesale discounts), they promote a lot that customers consult via whatsapp and there if the reality is that the service in this way is PESIMO and does not comply with the practicality that is suppose it should be.
They justify and argue that they are not robots and that the delay is due to the influx in the store and the crowdedness of the messages etc, etc, false is only to chop their rib a little so that they remove the copper !!!
and you get a deal of the scrub by any of them.
In the other branch of the same name but across the street it is the same only in reverse in person the fatal service, (for some rare reason they say they are not the same, but they are!) (The one in charge regularly with very bad face and worse attitude) although in whatsapp you advance a little more than in the other branch. Conclusion of the two stores and their multiple services does not come out one so I recommend that if they have little tolerance and patience, they better go safely to the porrua or to the zócalo passage - pino suarez or better yet to the basement extraordinary, agile service , friendly and very well stocked.

Tienen mucha variedad en libros escolares (preescolar, primaria, secundaria, bachillerato e inglés). Se puede pagar en efectivo (descuento incluido), tarjeta bancaria y transferencia electrónica. Muy buena atención y servicio.
It is a place located behind the metropolitan cathedral. There is no parking and it is tight. You can request a quote by email, phone and WhatsApp. They have a lot of variety in school books (preschool, primary, secondary, high school and English). You can pay in cash (discount included), bank card and electronic transfer. Very good attention and service.
