★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo mal rato que se me hizo pasar en sucursal condesa, al intentar cambiar un libro que desde un inicio que lo compre dude si lo tenía o no; pregunte el día de la compra si me lo podían cambiar, lo cual me dijeron que sí. Me atendió una tipa nefasta, la cual piensa que nosotros debemos entender y conocer las políticas del lugar donde ella trabaja. Que mal que la srta. de lentes (nefasta), no pueda brindar un servicio cordial para lo cual se contrata; totalmente opuesta a la atención del vendedor que me atendió el día de la compra, quien se mostró amable y atento para la búsqueda del tema que yo solicitaba. JAMÁS VOLVERÍA A ESA SUCURSAL.
Terrible bad time that I had to go through in the Countess branch, when trying to change a book that from the beginning that I bought it, I doubted if I had it or not; I asked the day of the purchase if they could change it for me, which they told me yes. I was attended by a disastrous girl, who thinks that we should understand and know the policies of the place where she works. Too bad that Ms. of glasses (disastrous), cannot provide a cordial service for which it is contracted; totally opposite to the attention of the seller who attended me the day of the purchase, who was kind and attentive to the search for the item that I requested. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THAT BRANCH.
