Tras este inconveniente nadie se comunicó conmigo para indicarme el motivo del retraso o el problema concreto. Posteriormente al escribirles me respondieron que los libros serían enviados en una fecha establecida, la cual no fue respetada, nuevamente tuvieron retraso de un par de semanas. Al recibir el paquete retrasado me comunico para confirmarles la recepción de un libro, pero el otro no llegó, por lo que sigue en deuda por parte de ellos, pues yo realicé el pago en tiempo y forma. Lamentablemente he tratado de comunicarme por diversos medios: teléfono, fb, correo y nadie me responde, por lo que confirmo el robo de mi material y su falta de honestidad. Ya otra colega me había comentado de un caso similar que le sucedió con esta misma distribuidora, pero al leer las críticas supuse que habrían arreglado ese tipo de inconveniente, sin embargo no fue así. Espero que mi comentario sirva para tener cautela al adquirir material con ellos. On March 1, I placed an order for a total of 17 books, of which 2 did not arrive within the indicated time. Unfortunately I have tried to communicate by various means: telephone, fb, mail and nobody answers me, so I confirm the theft of my material and their lack of honesty. Another colleague had already told me about a similar case that happened to her with this same distributor, but reading the reviews I assumed that they would have fixed that type of inconvenience, however it was not. I hope that my comment serves to be cautious when acquiring material with them.
