No dejaron a mi familia de cinco pasar porque son 3 personas por familia … mis hijas todas querían libros y afuera estaba el clima a 36 grados, se supone que se tienen que quedar afuera 1 de ellas o el adulto o que… lastima que no quieren que gastemos dinero en la cultura
Terrible attention, very rude and really unwilling to sell. They did not let my family of five pass because there are 3 people per family ... my daughters all wanted books and the weather was 36 degrees outside, one of them or the adult is supposed to stay outside or ... it hurts that they don't want that we spend money on culture

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente librería, encontré lo que buscaba, que eran libros infantiles. Podrían mejorar en cuanto al trato al cliente y actitud de servicio. Me parece que son un poco groseros. No ha sido la primera vez que me sucede esto. Lástima q sea la única librería en valladolid.
Excellent bookstore, I found what I was looking for, which were children's books. They could improve in terms of customer service and service attitude. I find them to be a bit rude. It has not been the first time this has happened to me. Too bad it's the only bookstore in Valladolid.
