★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En México no existe una cultura de salud mental, esto quiere decir que se cree que para ir al psicólogo alguien tiene que estar en un estado emocional muy frágil (en el mejor de los casos). Todo aquel que quiera mejorar su condición como persona en cuanto a los hábitos, emociones, relaciones y pensamientos no tiene porque dudar en visitar a un profesional de la salud mental.
Venzamos esa cultura "antiayuda" que hace que ocultemos los conflictos que todos podemos tener y no buscar ayuda del psicólogo, que puede ofrecernos herramientas útiles para resolver conflictos.
In Mexico there is no culture of mental health, this means that it is believed that to go to the psychologist someone has to be in a very fragile emotional state (at best). Anyone who wants to improve their condition as a person in terms of habits, emotions, relationships and thoughts does not have to hesitate to visit a mental health professional.
We overcome that "anti-help" culture that makes us hide the conflicts we all may have and not seek help from the psychologist, who can offer us useful tools to resolve conflicts.
