The worst place in Culiacan to do a Notarial process, they took more than a year to write a will, they made me go round and round to finally tell me a story that Lic Rene Gonzalez Obeso got sick and that's why he couldn't and they asked me wait longer, evidently I had to claim my money and documentation, place not serious, professional and the rude staff do not even say hello, you are ignored when entering
