No despachan los litros que compras y hay muchos autos siempre a pesar de que no dan lo que venden y otra cosa no te venden en bidones por lo mismo que saben lo que hacen They steal !! Tal parece que te hace un favor, y por esa actitud ni propina les deja uno y todavía se molesto la tipa. Es ridículo que uno como cliente no pueda hacer uso del aire y el agua de las mangueras, como si el personal tuviera la vocación o siquiera el conocimiento para usarlo. Le pedí (ya que me dijo que estaba prohibido que un cliente usará la mangers de aire) que me calibrars mis llantas a 30 psi y la tipa no tenia ni idea de el uso del calibrador termino dejándolas a 48 tube que buscar una vulca para que lo hicieran bien... The dispatchers have a bad attitude but worse than that of a Chinese hair dispatcher up to the shoulder. Prefiero ir más lejos pero por un buen servicio. Además de que para facturar tienes que dejar tu nota en un bote y si la señora que factura no está, te dicen que te la mandan por correo y nunca llega y si se equivocan a la hora de facturar se enojan y dicen que es tu culpa pero nunca te dan la cara. Reciben pagos con Tarjeta de Crédito hasta antes de las 21:00. A veces hay conflicto para abastecerse porque la calle lateral (Bandera) es de 2 carriles y 2 sentidos y uno de los carriles lo ocupan ellos. The service at this service station is very good. It only has 5 pumps but the people it serves are very prompt and helpful. They receive payments by Credit Card until before 9:00 p.m. Sometimes there is conflict to stock up because the side street (Bandera) is 2 lanes and 2 directions and one of the lanes is occupied by them.
