★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice patio setting. The owners (it's also their home) are really nice (though their help isn't quite up to speed). Be sure to take a look at the old pics of Juchitán at the entrance. Once you find the place, pull the string on the wrought iron doors to ring the bell for entry. The menu is basic-- locals antojitos that are everywhere, but that don't have the same pleasant surroundings where you can relax. Unfortunately, Juchitán has little in the way of nice restaurants, so this place is near the top even though the food (though good) is not exceptional. I have been here three times, but will probably not return. For antojitos, I am perfectly happy to go to a puesto del mercado o calle. But, if you are a tired tourist or a local on a date-- this is probably one of the best "special" places you can find.
