Y el dueño es una persona sencilla y muy agradable con quién tuvimos el honor de que nos brindara transporte. Cuando visiten Cuetzalan no olviden hacer una parada increíble restaurante y el hotel. Considero que es imperdible en la visita a Cuetzalan, sólo que esta segunda vez no hubo molcajete de cena ? y aunque la comida igual estuvo rica, el molcajete es lo mejor de lo mejor, por favor no lo quiten del menú ? El segundo punto a mejorar es el audio e imagen en el primer video que proyectan Por todo lo demás sigue siendo excelente, se aprende mucho de la cultura de Cuetzalan y su gente, todos muy amables, las bailarinas sonrientes. Por una parte el lugar es agradable, bien ambientado y el servicio bueno; pasamos ahi la noche buena y ademas de la cena el boleto incluia diferentes numeros que hicieron agradable la estancia sobretodo los relacionados con la cultura mexicana (voladores y danza folklórica). La monta de toros llamó la atención y el comediante fue el numero con mas areas de oportuniada del espectaculo, hasta ahi bien. Lo que me parece que tienen que mejorar si quieren tener un ni vel de servicio turistico mas alla de lo regional es en detalles como el informar que el plato fuerte de uno de sus menues es compartido (nunca habia visto esto), que el cafe deberia incluirse como parte del menu y no cobrarlo a parte y darte la opcion de pagar con tdc sin que te digan que esperes 10 minutos en lo que traen la terminal ademas de cobrarte 5 % adicional. El lugar da para ser una buena opción pero les falta profesionalizarse si quieren abarcar un turismo medianamente mas exigente. I have mixed opinions.
