One star is too many for this business. Their practices are less than integral and they care little or not at all about their patrons. In the good times, all is well. A business' true colors are reflected when something goes wrong. I recommend you look elsewhere for services.

Great company to do business with. Excellent properties and the best customer service. You definitely will not go wrong working with the staff of this company as your vacation experience there will meet/exceed your expectations. La Cuz is beautiful....we LOVE it there!!!

Beautiful and relaxing casa! We woke up to the sound of the bay waves and lush bird life.

?% unprofessional! Avoid this company at all costs!!! We contracted and arranged to have this company manage our property while we were away, and we agreed that we would be invoiced monthly with facturas, which never happened (illegal). Instead we were asked to pre-pay, under the auspices of a 'slush fund', which was ridiculous and unnecessary... Because of a illness in the family, we arrived at our home without notifying the property management company - only to find a mess. This was days before tropical storm Lorena, which had been down-graded from a hurricane. Not before, during or the morning after, did anyone show up to do any preparations or clean up. In fact, the buckets I had left, which had filled within 24 hours, were left full of water, not even dumped out and taken care of - eventhough the company had finally come by days after. As well, one of our doors was not only unlocked, but ajar. On their advice, we hired their person to fix a leak, which was deemed repaired, though it was never checked... The repair was terrible and/or possibly non-existent. Only further damaging our home, walls, paint and door frame. Since then, we have never received an apology - nor the refund we were owed. The communications from the company, have been degrading, and rude. We have begun the process of filing a complaint with Priofeco. We have asked for our key and money to be returned - none of which has happened - the key being the most important. Our neighborhood security at BNayar, no longer allows them into our neighborhood, and they are are also filing a police report, and will escort them from the property if they are ever found here. Luckily, we have tons of photos, proof, security logs and neighbor testimonials, which all back up our story. Whatever you do - do not use this company!!! All in all we had an incredibly awful and unprofessional experience. Beware!!!

All my clients have had only the greatest of service from this company. The accommodations are always in tip top shape and exceed expectations. I have met the owners of this company and they are trustworthy, diligent and go overboard to accommodate their guests. You'll love their local knowledge and the proximity of the rentals to great dinning and beaches. Price, value and Selection - No one come close!

Life in La Cruz offers some of the best properties in the area! They have a wide variety from large luxurious beach front homes to adult only properties, to affordable well-appointed studios a few blocks walking distance from the beach. They are a full-service agency, with an amazing concierge service that can help arrange everything from airport pick-ups and excursions to recommendations for dining. I highly reccomend using them - nobody in the La Cruz / Bucerias area has more local knowledge.

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation staying in a Life in La Cruz property. We desired an adult only escape with easy access to the city. We were especially impressed with their knowledge of the local scene and concierge services offering affordable options to fill our week!
