So far my experience has left much to be desired. We paid almost 19,000 pesos in studies since November 28, 2018, one of which was outsourced and, if it is not because I call them every week, it seems that they do not do any kind of follow-up to the patients or their results. The ladies on the phone have been kind and also the doctor who has attended us but we are very upset with these times and their lack of quality procedures.

Of 4 fertility clinics I give 5 stars to this one and to Dr. Alfredo Arroyo for his professionalism and passion for the work he does since he is not the typical nickel doctor who only seeks to get the money from you and if the treatment is not goodbye, it is a very direct and frank person that is why I wish him much success and I recommend him blindly. And also to all the staff of the clinic they are super kind

At first I was happy with the institution, but being canceled and canceling my appointment were the first pebbles, at reception they only threw the ball, put up with bad faces when I resume the consultations, another pebble. Being mistreated, I asked for my file, they had originals, and they refused. Later, when they ran out of facilities in CDMX, they offered me to make the transfer in Queretaro, which I refused since it put the procedure itself at risk with the transfers, another little stone. To pay for the treatment with promotion, approximately $100,000, it had to be in cash in a single payment, I also refused because of the risks involved, they did not accept transfers or checks, and they were only going to give me a note for my money. I preferred to pay the real cost and wait for the new facilities, I asked to be informed, they gave me dates, I contacted them and they told me that not yet, they gave me another date, like 5 months. Seeing this situation, I asked for my file again and they denied it. For personal reasons, so I also had to postpone and work with my emotional health, in addition to the fact that COVID gave me. I was still in the institute because of the kindness and confidence that Dr. Arroyo gave me, but after he told me that the new facilities were already there and that I would be treated there, it turns out that they give me an appointment at Angeles del Pedregal because they still do not have the facilities . That bothered me a lot, they definitely lost my confidence. I don't care about the facilities, I could wait longer, but the lies ended the trust I had in them, and at this point I only trusted Dr. Arroyo's word, now not even that.
