Lleve mi MacBook a reparación de la placa madre. Me pidieron que confiara en ellos, que harían lo posible para repararla.
Entregué mi equipo y tuvieron que pasar 2 meses y 20 días para tenerlo de regreso.
Fue pésima la atención por parte de la sucursal de CDMX, nunca me daban seguimiento a menos de que yo lo exigiera, solo me decían que aún no llegaba mi equipo y cuando pasaron los 2 meses me cambiaron la fecha de entrega 4 veces, tuve que ir más de una ocasión solo para que me dijeran que no había llegado el paquete.
Intenté ser comprensivo todo el tiempo, entendiendo que no estaba en sus manos los tiempos de arribo de las refacciones pero ellos se lavan las manos con "no tenemos noticias" sin poder dar una fecha estimada.
El día que me entregaron mi equipo con la placa nueva me querían cobrar de más, solo porque ya había dado mi anticipo que al inicio habían dicho que me tomarían a cuenta para la reparación, tuvieron que regresarmelo en efectivo argumentando que no podían regresarmelo en transferencia hasta que no les cayera mi deposito primero.
En resumen, mi equipo quedó bien, pero el proceso fue horrible, pésima atención y tiempos muy largos.

Take my MacBook in for motherboard repair. They asked me to trust them, that they would do their best to fix it.
I delivered my equipment and it took 2 months and 20 days to get it back.
The attention from the CDMX branch was terrible, they never followed up on me unless I demanded it, they only told me that my equipment had not yet arrived and when the 2 months passed they changed the delivery date 4 times, I had to go more than once only to be told that the package had not arrived.
I tried to be understanding all the time, understanding that the arrival times of the spare parts were not in their hands, but they wash their hands with "no news" without being able to give an estimated date.
The day they gave me my equipment with the new plate they wanted to charge me more, just because I had already given my advance payment that at the beginning they had said that they would take me into account for the repair, they had to return it to me in cash arguing that they could not return it to me in transfer until they did not drop my deposit first.
In summary, my team was fine, but the process was horrible, terrible attention and very long times.

Fui a la sucursal Polanco y los chicos que me atendieron fueron muy amables y honestos desde el principio. Mi iPhone estaba mojado y no funcionaba la pantalla. Desde el inicio me explicaron por qué pasaba eso, y cuáles eran los posibles daños que tuviera mi celular. Lo dejé con ellos y al día siguiente me dijeron lo que necesitaba y ese mismo día lo repararon. Aclararon todas mis dudas y me explicaron lo que pasaba con mi teléfono. Es difícil encontrar alguien de confianza para reparar un iPhone, y la verdad es que volvería ahí si lo necesitara.

I left it with them and the next day they told me what I needed and that same day they fixed it. They clarified all my doubts and explained to me what was happening with my phone. It's hard to find someone you can trust to repair an iPhone, and the truth is, I'd go back there if I needed to.
