M	Monse Martínez López on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a la clínica para comprar alimento y aproveche para pedir una cita para mi periquito ya que dicen ser una clínica donde también atienden aves, me dijeron que debían checar los horarios con el doctor Marco ya que el no se encontraba en la clínica, me dieron una tarjeta y llame en otras ocasiones pero nunca me dieron un horario, en otro momento cuando fui por premios, vi saliendo al doctor, tal vez ya no de consulta pero se me hizo muy poco profesional, la verdad fue una pésima experiencia I went to the clinic to buy food and took the opportunity to make an appointment for my parakeet since they claim to be a clinic where they also treat birds, they told me that they should check the schedules with Dr. Marco since he was not in the clinic, they gave me I got a card and called on other occasions but they never gave me a schedule, at another time when I went for awards, I saw the doctor coming out, maybe no longer for consultation but it made me very unprofessional, the truth was a terrible experience

Marco muy bueno pero dejo de ir y para la infección no lo atendieron bien y cuando ya iba mi perro ya muy mal por llegar 10 min tarde no me quisieron atender. La verdad no eran malos pero esa experiencia me hizo no regresar. Prefieren perder un cliente que ser atentos y preocupados por el animal hablando de su anti profesionalismo ?‍♀️ My dog was sick with an eye, an infection when the doc was there. Marco was very good but he stopped going and for the infection they did not take good care of him and when my dog was already very bad for arriving 10 minutes late they did not want to attend to me. The truth was they were not bad but that experience made me not return. They would rather lose a client than be attentive and concerned about the animal talking about its anti-professionalism ?‍♀️

O	Oscar macias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le cortaron súper mal el pelo a mi gato, me explicaron que tenía muchos nudos pero eso es mentira porque no tenía tantos, solo en las axilas y panza, un ejemplo es que le dejaron pelonas las patas y en esta parte ni siquiera se les hace nudos nunca, al igual en la punta de la cola, en la cabeza le dejaron pedazos chuecos y huecos, si le iban a hacer algo distinto a lo acordado tenían mi número, supongo que creyeron era igual que un perro.
