★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un gran y enorme desarrollo inmobiliario, con muchas pero muchas áreas verdes c grandes espacios, al estar prácticamente a las faldas del nevado de toluca, se imaginaran q no es muy calido, las casas están bien diseñadas, fui de visita, no le cairian mal unos señalamientos en el camino, esta un poco enredado para llegar, pero es de gran ayuda el maps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy caras y chiquitas y lejos de Metepec y Toluca, la carretera peligrosa y llena de baches. Tarda uno mucho en recorrer todo el interior para llegar a las nuevas casas. Es mucha pérdida de tiempo.
Very expensive and small and far from Metepec and Toluca, the dangerous and potholed road. It takes a long time to go all the way inland to get to the new houses. It's a lot of waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar para vivir, no lo dudo, pero la constructora Hogares Union es un fraude, puesto que usan materiales súper chafas y las garantías son remiendos malhechos. El servicio post venta es de risa, mejor yo veo videos en YouTube y reparo mucho mejor!! Y la administración (entiendo en todos lados hay problemas con ellos, pobres) son una bola de rateros y huevones.
It's a good place to live, I don't doubt it, but the Hogares Union construction company is a fraud, since they use super cheap materials and the guarantees are shoddy patches. The after-sales service is laughable, I better watch videos on YouTube and repair much better! And the administration (I understand there are problems with them everywhere, poor people) are a bunch of thieves and jerks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta muy relajante y tranquilo el lugar, buen lugar para vivir sobre todo parejas grandes, familias sin niños, es lo que más vi cuando visite ese lugar, además tienen espacios para pasear perros. La gente muy amable.
The place is very relaxing and quiet, a good place to live especially large couples, families without children, it is what I saw the most when I visited that place, they also have spaces to walk dogs. Very friendly people.
