Don't trust this company! They should always communicate through the VRBO application in case there are any issues and they use pretty much everything except! Stayed in a place they manage in PV that didn't have all the amenities that were in the listing. You show up, check in and at that point it's too late to get a refund. Deceptive company!

From booking to check out, Lifestyle properties was professional, responsive, and kind. It’s always an adventure traveling to a new place but Lifestyle Properties made us feel like we were supported the whole time with what ever we needed. The check in instructions were well spelled out. The property was immaculate. All around I can’t thank Lifestyle Properties enough for making my vacation experience the perfect hassle free getaway!

I cannot recommend Dash and Lifestyle Properties enough! We rented two different properties in Puerto Vallarta from Lifestyle Properties -- we enjoyed our stay so much we decided to extend it! Each unit was kept to such a high standard in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and maintenance. It was our first time in the region and we had no idea what to expect -- especially during Covid -- we felt extremely safe and comfortable as every precaution was taken by management in terms of mask use, sanitization, and distancing. Dash is extremely responsive and beyond helpful with any and all issues. He goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is excellent. We had an internet connection that was slow and Dash brought us his own personal router from home to use and installed it himself. He's also an absolute expert on the region and an invaluable wealth of local knowledge. We were so impressed with Dash and look forward to renting with Lifestyle Properties in the future!

Having worked remotely in different parts of Mexico and staying in various Airbnbs/Condo, this is one of my best stays. The building I've stayed, it's called Avida Resident, is in a nice location close to all the restaurants/nightlife. Everything of this building and inside the unit is brand new. All the decor/furniture have elegant design unlike most Airbnb these days are just basic/random stuff. My property manager called Tiani went above and beyond on check in/out communication to ensure I have a wonderful stay. There were couple things I needed/were missing/didn't know how to use, she always respond to me within 1/2 hour. Then, the building maintenance/office employees would show up shortly to provide the fix. I will definitely use this property management company whenever I go back to PV and book directly through their website over 3rd party websites.

Beware! If things aren’t working as advertised, you will still be charged! TV in bedroom not working - not told at front desk upon check in. We like to watch TV in bed to fall asleep and they had no timeframes for when they could bring a new one to install. Definitely not as advertised. They couldn’t give us a time or even IF they would be able to replace it, but if they got a TV then we'd have to be unconvinced by having someone come in to install it. They offered us a 10% discount but this no longer suited our needs so we told them we were checking out and they said no refunds available since it was within the no cancellation period! Well they didn’t let me know until it was within this time! So if the pool was no longer working would that too equate to no refund because you didn’t keep up your end of the contract? Really it's no different. You advertised something was available and I entered into the contract with it as advertised. You didn't hold up your end and still kept my money for 6 days when we only stayed 1 night! As a Property Manager I would NEVER do this to a guest. This is the price of doing business and I would have offered my guest THEIR CHOICE of a discount or full refund if my guests decided it no longer worked for them. Not this place. Horribly unprofessional. A hotel wouldn't charge you either if you showed up and they no longer had amenities available that were in the original listing when booking. I know because I had it happen and they refunded me money money because they couldn't deliver 100%. Apparently they emailed me prior to check in but my phone was dead after 12 hours of traveling. Regardless, the front desk should have informed us prior to check in.

We had an amazing time at Lifestyle Properties place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks even better than it does on the pictures, it seemed almost too good to be true. They provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars, restaurants and the beach. Would absolutely recommend to stay with them!

Came across Lifestyle for the first time in 2017 on an Airbnb listing when my Fiance (at the time) and I were looking for a vacation condo in PV. Everything in our first stay with them was top class, they even hooked us up with a local Realtor so we could view condos we were interested in purchasing. Used Lifestyle again to get multiple condos for wedding guests when my Fiance and I got married in PV in 2019. Excellent customer service at every turn, excellent professionalism, fantastic properties. Would not hesitate to use them again the next time we travel to PV.
