Leave much to be desired as a company if your accountant (Pedro Gutiérrez), has little respect to resolve their internal affairs online. Not only does it defame others to get attention, it is offensive and unprofessional.

I bought in free market and they had days without answer until I sent I sent a message they canceled the order when they told me that it was ready to send to parcel ... Total disaster !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, me estafaron de manera "inteligente" ponen fotos de un producto que no es, pero en la descripción ponen todas las características del producto que te va a llegar, y cuando haces el reclamo de que no es lo que compraste y se ve en la foto, se escusan con eso. Tengan mucho cuidado, son fraudulentos.
Horrible, they scammed me in a "smart" way they put photos of a product that is not, but in the description they put all the characteristics of the product that is going to arrive, and when you make the claim that it is not what you bought and it is seen in the photo, they excuse themselves with that. Be very careful, they are fraudulent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMA atencion por parte de Adrian Rodriguez. Se solicita una sencilla factura y 2 semanas despues "tiene que pedir autorizacion". ¿Para pedir una factura se tardan 2 SEMANAS? Mal calificados aqui y en MercadoLibre. Si no pueden, no vendan mejor.
HORRIBLE attention from Adrian Rodriguez. A simple invoice is requested and 2 weeks later "you have to request authorization". Does it take 2 WEEKS to request an invoice? Badly rated here and on MercadoLibre. If you can't, don't sell better.
