N	Nahum Ochoa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy decepcionado del servicio, llegaron antes del evento y aun cuando llegaron a montar y hacer soundcheck querían empezar antes porque les habían dicho otra hora según su agenda, cuando en el contrato estaba especificada la hora (no llevaban copia del contrato), en el paquete que contrate venían estructuras iluminadas y nunca se montaron, las salas lounge tampoco estaban con iluminación, sus micrófonos muy muy mal, no funcionaban bien, se escuchaban mal o no se escuchaban, mal ecualizados, cuando se dio la indicación de poner musica para bailar se quedo varios minutos en silencio porque algo le fallo, las pantallas de repente servían y de repente se le iba la imagen y el playlist no me gusto. Pero tuvimos la mala experiencia en la instalación ya que nos dijieron que instalaban desde el jueves y cada día nos llamaban para hacer cambios, se instalan por separado, el dj no traía repertorio y nos comentaron que era nuevo nuestro evento fue una boda y tenían la información de que iban a una posada. En el paquete nos ofrecieron una sala launge y no la llevaron al evento. Creo que les falta comunicación interna porque no fue lo que esperábamos.
