â â â â â My baby daughter nearly fell off of the rear of my rental bicycle because the equipment was never checked or maintained. The screws on the baby seat came out and she ended up hanging upside down. Thank God she didn't hit her head on the asphalt or get run over by the car that was driving behind us. I should have checked the equipment myself but I mistakenly trusted this business to care about their customers' safety. To be fair, they did give me a full refund. But still... unacceptable.

â â â â â Simple advice: book elsewhere. We paid 500mxn each for a snorkel trip. Were told they would pick us up by boat (the one that looked like shark) at 3PM. After 10 minutes of waiting at 3PM we saw a shark boat in the distance that had no intention to pick us up. After 20 more minutes of waiting we went back to the ticket "office". They tried to sell us a weak story that there was a different boat. They had my number. I asked why they didnt contact me, but their phone was apparently dead. The manager also came because he was in charge of giving us the money back. Without being able to deliver a "sorry" or symphatizing with us we fortunately received our money - although he first tried to only give half of the amount back. Please go elsewhere! Really, dont book here!

He has a great personality and makes you feel good. We never felt that he was trying to make us spend $. Was very considerate of our needs.

â â â â â My family and I went on the 4x1 tour to Tulum. It was really fun and a great value for the price. Ivan was our tour guide, he was very friendly and informative. We had a great time exploring the Mayan ruins and swimming in the cenote. I highly recommend this tour if you are interested in the Mayan history and if you want an all day adventure.

â â â â â My first time in Mexico with Snorkeling high on my list.. Ricardo, the guide did a fantastic job making it easy and fun. While in Puerto Morelos look for the Superman, set up a trip, rent a bike and let the adventure begin! They have other kiosks in town but this one just happened to be close to my hotel.

â â â â â We had a great snorkeling trip today with Nayo and Juan! It was my twins first time snorkeling in the ocean, and they were very patient with us. We enjoyed the reef and saw many cool fish, with Nayo helping the kids float carefully and enjoy the sights. Thank you for a great memory! And keeping us safe on the water.

â â â â â Ricardo and Luis were our guide and captain. They were skilled and professional. Ricardo gave us instructions in a straight forward and clear manner - reviewing basic information as well as how best to manage viewing but also being careful of the reef. It was a challenging day with lots of wind and Ricardo and Luis were mindful and experienced in navigating the challenges. Ricardo has a great manner - reassuring, respectful and direct. The 3 of us were pretty new to snorkeling and he put us at ease with his approach and information. Thank you to everyone who contributes to these thoughtful and expert tours. We had a great time!

Ricardo organized it for us, he was very quick and responsive.
We went out with Nayo, who knows the reef like the back of his hand, he ensured we were safe the whole time.
